Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR code, enter their phone number, and save your membership card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The card stays in the wallet they already use.
Can the card look like my business?
Yes. Your store name, program name, logo, and colours are managed from your store dashboard. The membership card carries your identity.
How do customers join?
Place your store’s QR code at the counter, on a table, or anywhere customers can scan it. It opens a simple page where they join using their phone number, with no customer password to remember.
Are the stamps in the animation available?
The return visit and stamp reward are a concept preview. Today, customers can join your membership and save your branded card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Staff scanning and stamp rewards are not available yet.
How do I access my store?
Use Store sign in with the credentials provided when your store was set up. Your dashboard lets you manage your branding, find members, and download your store’s QR code.
