Privacy Policy

DabaDigital Loyalty runs digital loyalty cards on behalf of the stores that use it (“the store”). This page explains what we collect when you join a store's loyalty program and why.

What we collect

• Your phone number, the only thing we ask you for.
• Your membership: the store you joined, your member number and the date you joined.
• Wallet card details: technical identifiers of the card when you add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• Security data: your IP address, kept only in a non-reversible hashed form for a short time to block abuse.

Why we use it

Only to create and manage your loyalty membership and your Wallet card, and to protect the service against abuse. We do not send you marketing messages and we do not sell your data.

Who can see it

• The store you joined can see your phone number, member number and join date. Other stores cannot.
• Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf to run the service. When you add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, Apple or Google stores the card under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

For as long as your membership exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. To do so, contact the store where you joined the program, which will forward your request to us.
