Terms of Service

These terms apply when you join a store's loyalty program through DabaDigital Loyalty and use the digital loyalty card it provides.

The service

Joining is free. You join with your phone number and receive a digital membership card that you can add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Each store runs its own program and decides how its membership works.

Your card

• Your card is personal. Only use your own phone number.
• Keep the link to your card private: anyone with the link can see your member number and add the card to a Wallet.
• Joining the same store again with the same number gives you back the same card.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, for example by creating memberships for other people's numbers or by trying to access other people's data. We may block abusive use.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms.
